Here’s how time trading works:

You micro-volunteer for a good cause, or help a neighbour / friend / colleague in need.
Perhaps they need someone to talk to their plants while they are away. And water them too.

They send you a time credit.
For your kind plant-whispering services. 1 hour = 1 credit.

You use the time credit for something you need.
Perhaps someone handy could help you fix a leaky tap, or take some junk to the tip?
Or you can give the time credit to someone in the community who needs it more.
And so the cycle of kindness continues!
